The 20/40 is a prepaid golf package. If you picture a blank sheet of paper with 40 lines on it, each line represents nine holes. So if you play 9 holes you use one line, if you play 18 holes you use two lines. The cost of one page is $305 (tax included) or $315 (tax included) after May 1st. That works out to less than $7.65 per nine.

New this year you can add the "Rider" to your 20/40, this gives you 40 nine-hole 1/2 cart rentals for $220.00.

There are some restrictions to the use of the 20/40. The 20/40 is designed for off peak play. Only half of the package can be used on the weekends. Then during June, July, and August it can be used only after 12pm noon on the weekends. It is only valid after 12pm noon on holidays and holiday weekends. This doesn’t mean that you can’t play outside these times, it just means that you have to pay regular green fees. The package is good for you, your spouse, and your dependant children under 21.

Policies

1. A 20/40 Green Fee Package entitles you to 20 rounds of 18 holes of golf or 40 rounds of 9 holes or any combination of 9 and 18 hole rounds that total forty nine hole rounds.

2. Your 20/40 Green Fee Package is good for rounds of golf for you, your spouse and dependent children under 21 years of age, as indicated by you at the time of purchase.

3. No more than ½ of your 20/40 package can be used on weekends.

4. 20/40 Package cannot be used for tournaments, special events, or for guests.

5. During the months of June, July and August your 20/40 package is valid only after 12 noon on weekends unless there are tee times available on a walk on basis.

6. Your 20/40 package is valid only after 12 noon on Memorial Day weekend (May 26-28), July 4th, and Labor Day weekend (September 1-3).

7. All persons using the 20/40 package must register in the clubhouse. At the time of registration they must clearly initial in the 20/40 membership book by the date and number of holes to be played. You must also sign the daily sign-up sheet and get a receipt.

8. If you decide to play more than you originally planned, you must first re-register in the clubhouse.

9. 20/40 package members must follow GOLF ETIQUETTE and follow all rules and procedures of Albion Ridges Golf Course.

10. We reserve the right to limit play due to special events.

• Some dates are restricted.

• Package cannot be carried over to the following year.

• Fridays are not considered weekends.

• No shows without 24 hour notice will be counted as green fee usage.

• * NOTE: If tee time is made through TeeMaster Reservation, there will be a $1.50 charge per person.
