The original front nine, the Rock course winds around taking the
golfer from long uphill par 5 second hole, to the picturesque par
4 5th hole with water on left and the challenging par 3 eighth hole.
The Rock course plays to a length of 3237 yards from the tips, and
yet offers four sets of tees to suit the abilities of any level

The elevated tee on the starting hole gives the golfer an excellent view of the gently sloping green. This straight-away downhill par 4 is a great driving hole.

Moving over to the 2nd hole, the golfer immediately notices the huge boulders used in constructing the three-tiered tee. This narrow uphill par 5 to a bunkered green will test the golfer early in his round.

Strategically placed traps challenge the golfer to drive precisely on this par 4. The large trap in front of the green will place a premium on accuracy.

The spectacular view from the 5th tee is a photographers delight. Driving from an elevated tee demands pinpoint accuracy to avoid the water bordering the fairway.The elevated green, heavily protected by sand, makes this a challenging par 4.

Two huge mounds framing the fairway guide the golfer's tee shot. The second shot, which crosses a valley and goes uphill to a long narrow gree, will test the golfer's mid-iron skills.

Numerous fairway mounds cause the golfer to think of Links Golf. The large fairway trap on the left can cause problems. The putting surface on this par 4 is multi-leveled.

Looking up the fairway on this demanding par 3, the golfer notes the heavily protected green. A narrow opening requires a well-hit shot to the 6,000 square foot green.

Visually exciting is the best way to describe this beautiful par 5. After negotiating the tee shot, the golfer must decide to lay up or go for a heavily-protected green. The narrow landing area bordered by sand, water, and mounds require pinpoint accuracy.
